This year marks a special milestone for Twr y Felin Hotel as we celebrate 10 years since reopening following its extensive transformation. To mark the occasion, we hosted a wonderful garden party to bring together guests, friends, and team members past and present. It was a truly special opportunity to gather, connect, and reflect on the last 10 years. With live music from Rosey Cale and delicious food and drinks from the Blas team, the celebration showcased exactly what we do best: warm hospitality, creativity, and exceptional local produce.
While the hotel’s history stretches back over a century, the Twr y Felin we know today was reborn in 2016, and the past decade has been an extraordinary journey of restoration, creativity, and growth.
The Last 10 Years
Since opening our doors in 2016, Twr y Felin Hotel has undergone extensive renovation and thoughtful development. One of the most significant achievements was the addition of the missing wing, originally part of the building’s early architectural plans, helping to complete the hotel’s intended design. This was followed by the creation of the Oriel Lounge, a vibrant and welcoming space that has become a central part of the guest experience.
In 2020, we continued to evolve with the addition of the Garden Wing, further enhancing our offering and allowing us to welcome even more guests into a space designed with comfort, style, and connection to nature in mind.
More recently, we have been proud to introduce Awen Spa, a private and restorative space designed around the restorative power of water, offering guests a place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect. Alongside this, Blas Restaurant has continued to grow and evolve, proudly holding 3 AA Rosettes. Our menus are inspired by the seasons and shaped by the exceptional local produce of Pembrokeshire, celebrating the very best of our region with every dish.

At the heart of Twr y Felin Hotel are our guests, whose continued support and loyalty have shaped our journey over the past decade. We are especially grateful for our regular guests, many of whom return several times a year and have done so consistently over the last 10 years. It is always a pleasure to welcome familiar faces back through our doors and share in their ongoing memories of St Davids.
