At Twr y Felin, we want every guest to feel comfortable and welcome. Our ground floor is fully accessible, and we invite you to view our Access Statement for full details on our facilities.

For those requiring accessible accommodation, we offer two thoughtfully designed rooms in each our  Oriel Spacious and Grand Oriel Indulgent categories. These rooms provide extra space and features to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Beyond our rooms, we strive to make the entire hotel experience accessible. Our main entrance and public areas are designed with ease of movement in mind, and our friendly team is always on hand to help with any additional needs.   • Check-in is available from 4pm and check-out is by 11am.
  • We do not have air conditioning, but supply fans on request.
  • Twr y Felin Hotel has a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel and its grounds.
  • Dinner is served from 5.30pm to 9pm, April to October and 6pm to 8pm, November to March. We advise that you book a dining time in advance of your stay. Special dietary requirements or food allergies must be provided in advance.

FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS

At the time of booking you will be asked for your card details to secure the reservation. We will charge you in full for your stay on departure.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation after 12 midday, two days prior to arrival, we will deduct the first night accommodation rate as the cancellation fee.
No Show:
In the event of a no show, we will deduct the first night accommodation rate as the no show fee.

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

At the time of booking you will be charged the full rate of your accommodation.
All food, beverage and extras will be charged on departure.

In the event of cancellation or no show we will retain the full payment as the cancellation fee.

In the event of the guest cancelling due to a positive Covid test result, we are able to move your booking to an alternative date, subject to the same booking availability/restrictions as the original booking.

FESTIVE SEASON BOOKINGS

At the time of booking you will be asked for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. We will charge you for the balance of your stay on departure.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation after 12 midday, two days prior to arrival, we will retain the 50% deposit as the cancellation fee.
No Show:
In the event of a no show at the booked venue, we will retain the 50% deposit as the cancellation fee.

SMALL GROUP BOOKINGS – Five to Eight Rooms

For bookings of five to eight rooms, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit for each room reservation at the time of booking to secure the rooms. The remaining balance can be settled on departure.

BREAKFAST

We require a breakfast time in advance of your arrival to ensure our service standards. We can accommodate tables of up to six people at one time slot and require a 30-minute period between sittings.

DINNER

We can accommodate tables of six guests at one time. If you require multiple tables, we require a 30-minute period between sittings.

For tables of less than six guests, free cancellations are offered 48 hours’ in advance of your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation after this time, a fee of £20 per person will be charged. This fee will also be charged for no shows or significant amendments with less than 48 hours’ notice.

For tables of six guests, we require a £10 per person, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the reservation. We also require a pre-order from our current menu, which will be sent to you, two weeks prior to your reservation date. We will need the completed pre-order, along with any allergies or dietary requirements, one week prior to your reservation date.

Should you cancel the reservation after the 48-hour cancellation period, an extra £10 per person fee will be charged in line with our cancellation policy.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS – Nine or more rooms

ACCOMMODATION

For bookings of nine or more rooms, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit of each room reservation at the time of booking to secure the rooms. The remaining balance will be required six weeks in advance of arrival.

BREAKFAST

We require a breakfast time in advance of your arrival to ensure our service standards. We can accommodate tables of up to six people at one time slot and require a 30-minute period between sittings.

DINNER

We can accommodate tables of six guests at one time. If you require multiple tables, we require a 30-minute period between sittings.

For group dining, we offer a three course set menu at £65 per person. We require a £10 per person, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the reservation, with the balance due six weeks before arrival. We require all allergies or dietary requirements, two weeks prior to your reservation date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your booking, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Please see below for cancellation fees.

  • More than 42 days from arrival date – 30% of booking costs
  • Between 42 – 14 days of arrival date – 75% of booking costs
  • Less than 14 days before arrival date – 100% of booking costs
