Blas Restaurant
Meaning ‘Taste’ in Welsh, Blas was born out of the vision for its home, Twr y Felin. The dishes reflect the interior design, the food is creative, flavour filled, fun; the presentation is ‘art on a plate’. The menu offers contemporary dining, inspired by the season and locality, echoing Wales and its produce. Carefully sourced from predominantly Pembrokeshire and Welsh suppliers, the raw ingredients are fresh and originate from the surrounding countryside and coast. Lobster, crab and many species of fish are caught daily in the surrounding seas; whilst beef, duck and fowl are farmed locally. Wales is famous for its lamb and it regularly features, whilst foraging rewards the chefs with ingredients such as samphire and wild garlic.
