Dog-Friendly Rooms

At Twr y Felin Hotel, we are delighted to offer five exclusive dog-friendly rooms, perfect for those wishing to bring their four-legged companions along. Our five ground-floor Oriel Unique rooms are ideally suited for pet-friendly stays, offering direct garden access via a private terrace. These carefully curated spaces are designed to provide you and your dog with a stay that is as relaxing as it is luxurious.

Dog-friendly rooms must be booked directly with our reservations team and are not available to book online.

We charge £30 per dog, per night, and your canine companion will be treated to luxurious extras, including dog towels, a cosy blanket, and natural handmade treats.

We are unable to accept non-resident guests with dogs in the hotel.

Pet Policy

Supervision

Pets must be kept on a lead at all times while in public areas of the hotel.
Pets should not be left unattended in the room.
Pets must not be left in your car at any time, including overnight.

Behaviour and Cleanliness

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A bin for your waste bags can be found at the entrance to the main garden, past the ground-floor bedroom terraces.
Pets must be well-behaved and quiet. If other guests complain about noise or disruptive behaviour, we may request that you make alternative arrangements for your pet.

Damage Policy

Any damage caused by your pet to hotel property will result in a charge for repairs.

Restaurant

Pets are welcome in our designated area. In this area, our team ensures that all tables and surrounding spaces are cleaned and sanitised after each guest, including wiping down chairs, tables, and surfaces.
Our restaurant staff are trained to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, including maintaining a clear separation between pet areas and food preparation.

We offer free dog treats, available reception.

Dog-Friendly Dining

Dogs are welcome to join you, while the Oriel Lounge and Blas Restaurant remain pet-free.

We have a designated dog-friendly dining area for our resident guests only. Please let us know when booking if you wish to dine with your dog, and we will advise on availability. We are unable to accept non-resident guests with dogs in the hotel.

We kindly ask that all pets be well-behaved and remind guests that any damages or deep cleaning required during your stay may incur an additional charge.
