What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.

Is Twr y Felin Hotel suitable for children?

Yes – We have a few family rooms (Oriel Spacious) for adults travelling with one child aged 3 to 11. For children 12 and older, they’ll need to either share a room with you or have their own separate room. Find out more here.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is provided for all guests, including EV charging points.

Do you have accessible rooms or facilities?

One of our Oriel Spacious bedrooms is an accessible room.  All rooms are accessible via a lift, except for rooms 108 & 109. There is also step-free access throughout key public areas.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Are pets allowed?

Yes – we offer five ground-floor Oriel Unique dog-friendly rooms. Dog-friendly rooms must be booked directly with our reservations team and are not available to book online. We charge £30 per dog, per night.

How far is the Twr y Felin Hotel from the Coast Path?

Twr y Felin is just a 10-minute walk from Caerfai Bay, where you can join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods.

Do you offer transfers or transport assistance?

Yes, local taxis can be organised by reception on request.

 

Is Twr y Felin suitable for private events or meetings?

Yes, the hotel offers private hire options for small meetings, exclusive stays, or celebrations.

The small print

Breakfast

We require a breakfast time in advance of your arrival to ensure our service standards. We can accommodate tables of up to six people at one time slot and require a 30- minute period between sittings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Bookings

At the time of booking, you will be asked for your card details to secure the reservation. We will charge you in full for your stay on departure.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation after 12 midday, two days prior to arrival, we will deduct the first night accommodation rate as the cancellation fee.

No-Show: In the event of a no-show, we will deduct the first night’s accommodation rate as the no-show fee.

No Refundable Bookings

At the time of booking, you will be charged the full accommodation rate. All food, beverage and extras will be charged on departure.

In the event of cancellation or no show, we will retain the full payment as the cancellation fee.

Festive Season Bookings Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking, you will be asked for a 50 % non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. We will charge you for the balance of your stay on departure.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation after 12 midday, two days prior to arrival, we will retain the 50% deposit as the cancellation fee.

No Show: In the event of a no-show at the booked venue, we will retain the 50% deposit as the cancellation fee.

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required for each room reservation at the time of booking to secure the rooms. The remaining balance will be required six weeks in advance of arrival.

We require a breakfast time in advance of your arrival to ensure our service standards. We can accommodate tables of up to six people at one time slot and require a 30- minute period between sittings.

If you need to cancel your booking, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. Please see below for cancellation fees.

  • More than 42 days from the arrival date – 30% of the booking costs
  • Between 42 – 14 days of arrival date – 75% of booking costs
  • Less than 14 days before arrival date – 100% of booking costs
