The hotel has been featured in the Sunday Times Ultimate 100 British Hotels and Best Places to Stay in the UK, achieved AA 4* Silver and Visit Wales 4* Gold status, and was recognised as AA Hotel of the Year, Wales 2017 – 2018; which is one on the highest accolades awarded in the UK hospitality sector.
