Welcome 2027 in style with an unforgettable evening at Twr y Felin Hotel, beginning with a special five-course tasting menu at Blas Restaurant. Created by our chefs to celebrate the occasion, the menu showcases the finest seasonal produce through a series of beautifully presented dishes and carefully considered flavours.
Following dinner, settle in for live jazz from the Ellie Jones Jazz Trio, performing in the Oriel Lounge from 9:30pm until 11:30pm. Then, as midnight approaches, enjoy a relaxed drinks hour before raising a glass of complimentary Champagne at midnight to toast the arrival of 2027.
