Explore the beach and rocky shore, or tidal mudflats and estuaries to learn about the marine environment and uncover edible seafood, where to find or catch it, and enjoy an insight into local history at the same time.
After you have found your foraged ingredients, from mussels to plants and crabs, you will be able to cook up a feast with your rich culinary pickings right there and then on a hand-made Solva Stove (a.k.a. Swedish Candle).
Enjoy a 10% discount on your course when you stay at Twr y Felin hotel, Roch Castle or Penrhiw Priory – the code will be sent to you following a confirmed booking. Children under 16 go free.
