Gates open at 7 pm – The film starts when light levels allow. Online sales will be disabled at 5 pm on the event day.
Please use the Oriel y Parc (St Davids) Car Park for parking. It is free of charge starting from 7pm. Please be aware that the car park has a charging period from 9am to 7pm.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to the event. Food vendors will also be available on-site. Kindly note that seating is not reserved and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to bring your own chair or picnic blanket as the film will be screened in the car park area of the hotel.
This is an outdoor event so please check the weather forecast beforehand and dress appropriately. If it rains the show WILL go on. Only in the case of extreme weather, such as dangerously high winds will the screening be cancelled.
