Join our qualified instructor for a one to one moving meditation. Beginning with a gentle warm-up and specific preparatory exercises, prior to a sitting or standing meditation working with breath and movement.
Working holistically with the body, the session focusses on the Qi to balance the Yin and the Yang and open the meridians. Continued practice can help to restore the body to its original health and when performed correctly, Qi Gong has a long list of benefits, including moving blood and oxygen around the body and nourishing the organs and tissues to promote healing.
It is anticipated that you will feel the immediate effect of some of these benefits after your Qi Gong meditation.
