To assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of operation of the Kitchen

department within Retreats Group Ltd, to ensure they have the correct preparation needed to deliver our high level of service at our Three Rosette Restaurant, Blas.

What we expect of you:

  • To assist in the smooth and effective running of the kitchen department.
  • To ensure that all food is prepared, stored and disposed of to the standard required.
  • To control stock levels, and ensure that all food to is used appropriately at all times
  • To liaise and communicate with other departments within the hotel
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety rules and regulations
  • Be aware of environmental issues and how the kitchen can be as energy efficient as possible

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • A“can-do” attitude.
  • The ability to follow orders and treat colleagues with respect.
  • Ideally previous experience as chef in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Flexible attitude to working patterns over 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and keep a level head in a busy environment.

Salary: £15.53 per hour
